The youth camp organised by my church is awesome. Although we were water bombed while trying to save Prof Jeff a.k.a Pastor Jeff who kept saying," Am I here? Are you here?" all was fun. The games required teamwork and lots of determination. Especially the toad and Omega Red game. We had to burn through ropes while staying away from water bombs. The Omega Red one required us to crawl under ropes and tables and untie tags which had our group name, Colossus, tied on it. One girl was so scared she started screaming and Omega Red got scared and froze there for a while. I went in with Lester but after a while he got 'killed' by Omega Red. I crawled to the nearest table and tried to untie a tag. Omega Red was standing right on top of me trying to touch me from the right, left, front and back.I stayed in the middle and he could not touch me. It was kinda exciting because u could hear noises above u but u didn't knoe where he was coming from. He gave up eventually as another person entered the arena. I quickly untied both tags and scrambled out ot there alive. After 20 minutes we were left with one tag. We sent in many people but all of them got killed before they untied the tag. We were running out of healing powers !!! The game master gave us a privilage by extending mind reading from 30 secs to 60 secs. Because I had that power I went in and used my powers twice to freeze him for 2 minutes. But when I got to the table and tried to untie the tag but it was tied to triple knots. I was panicky and kept shouting to my team mates. 2 mins passed and i shouted mind-reading again to freeze him while this guy helped me untie one knot. Slowly I untied the other 2 knots and scrambled out of the arena. We had finally got all the tags we needed to proceed to the next round.
